This city is also called the “A Town” by mostly the locals. The Arusha city is located in the North eastern part of Tanzania. Places to visit while in Arusha City
Arusha city is a starting point for many safari destinations especially on the northern circuit. The nearest attraction here is the Mount Meru since the city is just on the base of this mountain. Most travelers actually use this mountain as a training camp for the taller Kilimanjaro Mountain. The Hike to the Meru Mountains can take between 3 to 4 days.
